I have tiny/large wrists, will your bracelets still fit me?

Our bracelets come in one size and are easily adjustable to fit most wrist sizes. Before beginning, ensure your bracelet is on the desired wrist. Next, using your opposite hand gently squeeze the ends of your bracelet around your wrist, just enough for it to fit comfortably and so that it can still be removed with ease. They will not fall off if adjusted properly.

How should I take care of my bracelet?

When wearing your bracelet, avoid contact with water (i.e when showering, swimming, sauna, steam room etc), perfumes, lotions and potions. At the end of every day, store your bracelet in the bracelet box provided. Following these instructions will protect your bracelet and will keep it in great condition.

What are your bracelets made from?

All of our bracelets are made from hypoallergenic, lead free, and tarnish resistant stainless steel. Our gold and rose gold bracelets are 18K plated, giving them a beautiful shine. With good care, they will remain looking brand new while lasting a long time.

If I adjust my bracelet, will it break?

Our bracelets are designed to be durable and great for everyday wear. Avoid adjusting the bracelets too often as this will help them last longer.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once orders are placed and an email confirmation is received, they are finalised. If however, you wish to get in touch with us, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team who are always happy to help.

What do I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

If you are having difficulty placing an order please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist.

My order is a gift for someone, do you have a gift wrap option?

Unfortunately, we do not have a specific gift wrapping option. However, all our bracelets come individually packaged in our beautiful signature Bon Vita recycled card boxes, which include luxury lined foam to keep your items safe and protected. These are perfect for gifting.


SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All international orders are sent via standard shipping. Please ensure that all postal addresses are written in English and are in the correct format. We are not responsible for any items which go undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided.

How much do you charge for international shipping

Orders below £60 cost £4.99 for standard international postage. Orders that are £60 and over will qualify for free international shipping. All shipping to the UK is free and is sent via first class.

Where will my order be sent from?

Our products are sent from our warehouse based in the Midlands, England.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of an order being placed on a working day. Orders made on a Friday are most likely to be shipped on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email once your order has been confirmed by our team.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Expected delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 1 – 5 days
  • Europe: 3 – 10 days
  • US & Canada: 5 – 14 days
  • Australia & Asia: 10 – 21 days

International orders can take considerably longer than UK items so please allow at least 4 weeks. Postage times are an estimate only and may vary depending on your precise location and public holidays. We are not liable for any postage delays that the courier system may cause and any customs charges your order may incur.

My order has still not arrived, can you help?

If your order has not arrived after 7 days, if you are based in the UK, or after 28 days, if you are based internationally, then please contact us so we can help you.

My order has been shipped but where is my tracking number?

To minimise shipping costs for our customers, we currently do not offer tracked shipping. If you would like this option or a quicker method of delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

HATS

Our hats come in one size and are easily adjustable using the snap on the back of the hat. Our hats will fit most head sizes and shapes. Use the snap to change the size as required to create a comfortable fit.
